4. Strategic and thoughtful when making business decisions.
5. Patient and optimistic during times of adversity.
6. Enjoy the learning process and never too comfortable in their niche.
7. Not in the game for short-term gratification.
8. Can tell stories about their brand to people in a humanistic way.
